How would you like to have an appointment with your doctor, walk into the office have no waits, AND then the actual doctor spends an hour (more on first visit if you need it) with you finding out about you and what you need?
This plan covers all your Primary Care but isn't limited to just a check up. For just $64 a month for adults and/or $44 a month pr child you will receive the following services (this is just a short list of what is included):
* Immediate acute illness and scheduled non-acute appointment's at your convenience.
* Every effort will be made to care for your medical needs through your doctor and not send you other physicians unnecessary
* Personalized Care
* All appropriate care is provided within the clinics capacity without additional cost, including preventive care, most-in clinic lab, minor surgeries, EKG, etc
* If something is not covered will make every attempt to send to provider that offers a discount on that service
* This plan includes treatment for your basic medical care, gynecology, pediatrics, dermatology, cardiorespiratory care, gastrointestinal diagnosis and treatments, Orthopedic problems including arthritis, infectious diseases, mental and psychological disorders, allergies, and minor trauma, lacerations, and minor breaks and injuries.
